It is the second machine of the same type manufactured by MKMZ for Poltava GOK
Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant (NKMZ) manufactured a modernized crushing cone crusher with hydraulic gap adjustment model KKD1500x180 GRSHCH-M for Poltava Mining and Processing Plant (PGOK). This was reported by the press service of NKMZ.
This is already the second unit of this type, manufactured by Novokramatorsk for Poltava miners. The first machine was put into operation in the summer 2021 and has proven itself from the best side.
Improvement in the design of this crusher increased its productivity by 1.5 times compared to a conventional crusher - up to 5.5 thousand tons / hour.
“NKMZ has already produced cone crushers of this standard size, but with standard capacity. Higher capacity while maintaining the same overall dimensions is provided as a result of structural changes to the standard model - increasing the power of drives and improving the units that perform material crushing, ”the company said in a statement.
The new unit will be installed on the existing foundations in place of the dismantled worn-out crusher.
As GMK Center reported, last year NKMZ shipped the third 400-ton ring cooler for iron ore pellets to Poltava GOK. The first and second units were ordered from Novokramatorsk in 2013 and 2019, respectively.
NKMZ is the largest individual heavy engineering enterprise in Europe. The plant, among other things, specializes in the production of rolling, metallurgical and mining equipment. The geography of deliveries includes 79 countries of the world. France, Italy, Poland and the CIS countries are among them.
