Alexander Nastenko and Vitaliy Yakimenko, who are business partners of ATB chain owner Gennady Butkevich, are the new founders of the company “Lyra Mine Minerals”, which has special license for gold ore extraction in Kirovograd region. It is stated at Наші гроші with the link to Nadra.info.
In September 2019 State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine granted a special permit №6371 to Lyra Mine Minerals” for extraction of mineral resources (industrial mine fields development) in the sections “Central” and “Gubivskaya” of the Klintsovskoye mine fields (10-18 km southeast of Kropyvnytsky between the villages of Gubivka and Kalinovka in the Kirovograd region). Permission issued for 15 years - until September 20, 2034.
LLC “Lyra Mine Minerals” was registered in Kyiv in October 2018. According to Opendatabot, Mr Nastenko and Mr Yakimenko became the owners of the company last November. Previous owner Dibrova Vladislav keeps the position of the director.
A special permission to “Lyra Mine Minerals” was issued without any auction proceeds as to The procedure for granting special permits for the use of subsoil, providing that the applicant tested the approved geological exploration data at his own expense.
Mr Nastenko and Mr Yakimenko are the founders of a number of companies focusing on mineral resources extraction. They are also business partners of ATB supermarket chain co-owner Gennady Butkevich, such as LLC “Atomic energy systems of Ukraine”. This company has 3 permissions for geological exploration of subsoil, including pilot industrial development of uranium deposits in the Nikolaev and Dnepropetrovsk regions. The ultimate beneficiary of this company is Mr Butkevich, and Mr Nastenko and Mr Yakimenko are minority participants.
Mr Butkevich is also a beneficiary of LLC “Naftogazenergoprom” and LLC “Central Oil and Gas Transport Company”.
