As Mr. Ghotu Ram Meena noted, India and Ukraine are connected not only through commodities exchange, but also friendly relations, and it is also necessary to work on economic relations development. “there are no hurdles for export of goods from Ukraine in India. There is a great demand for crop species, in particular bean family. India is a great potential market for agricultural crops. Lots of Indians are vegetarians, that is why they replace meet with beans. Especially in summer, beans are of high demand. India in return supplies with high quality medicines for reasonable prices.” – informed the Deputy Chief of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of India Mr. Ghotu Ram Meena.
Vice President of Zaporizhzhya Chamber of Commerce and Industry Andrii Kuts in his turn acquainted the honored guest with industrial and economic potential of Zaporizhzhia region and events of the Chamber for the business community support.
During the meeting the representatives of region companies PrAT Zapoprizkii OEZ, TOV Optimusargo, PP Eltiz, TOV PK Kotlomontazh, PrAT UkrNDIOGaz, TOV TD Slavia PrAT Melitopolskii OEZ, TOV Zavod Krankomplekt, PAT Pivdentransenergo, TOV SP Azmol BiPi presented themselves and their products, which can be interesting for Indian market.
Generally, Zaporizhzhya Chamber of Commerce and Industry has already got the history of business cooperation with Indian partners. In 2012 in the result of business missions of Zaporizhzhia entrepreneurs to India, the cooperation agreement between the Chamber and Federation of Trade and Industry Chambers of Andhra Pradesh State was signed. In the exhibition center Kozak Palats two exposition events of Indian products were held organized by the Camber and ANS Corporation, Federation of Indian Export Organization.
